Albert Einstein inspired all humankind to wonder at Creation and the
Universe with increased understanding along with a renewed sense of awe and
humility. As we experience the final years of this century and the beginning
of the next, we especially invite All Children of the Universe to Know Wonder!
Many people, truly Einstein's and our own relatives in space and time around
the world, wish to honor the humility and humaneness of Einstein's
works of genius, and his and our own ongoing collective journey and
cooperation for imagination and discovery with thoughtful ethics and values,
for the human rights of all men, women, and children with democracy, for
lifelong learning, and for planetary peace as an ongoing relationship
involving all its participants, for now and the future, even as we
explore the stars. With this card (which was "born" in March, 1996) we
celebrated the birthday of this global relative who so recently symbolizes
humanity's potential for creative, peaceful and shared learning (he was born
March 14, 1879) and the 80th anniversary of the first actual publication of
the General Theory of Relativity, (by the Annalen der Physik on March 20,
1916.)
In honor of June 30th 1999, the last opportunity of the twentieth century
to celebrate the anniversary of the famous E=mc2 paper on special
relativity that emerged from the Einstein home on June 30th, 1905, we
have completed a special commemmorative illustrated essay. It is now
believed the original 1905 paper may have been submitted to the Annals der
Physik with the Swiss custom of signature with the full marital name,
(Einstein-Marity, with Marity being the Austro-Hungarian legal name for
the actual marital name, Einstein-Maric). We are sure, if he lived today,
Albert would want to share this with everyone, especially his wife
Mileva and his very own and deeply loved family. During the difficulties of
the 20th century, beyond them, and as we travel in spacetime and for always,
our relative's life reminds us: this was, is and will be One Earth for
us all to share in relation with each other, with ever greater Love, and in
Wonder.

universe, as shown by his theories of relativity; into the human
condition, as indicated by his pacifist nature; and into religion, as
reflected by his comment, "Raffiniert ist der Herrgott aber boshaft

lamented the day of his death and we still do as it resonates across

National Atomic Museum Foundation. I respect all that you helped us to
understand about minutia and spacial immensity; extreme opposites yet
distinct sciences in our universe. I am sorry that your life ended
before finding that special place in between. Perhaps, another with
such vision, will finalize your work in the Unified Theory or "SUPER
STRING THEORY," to bind what diametrically opposes all that you

Albert Einstien has changed my life. When I began reading about how time
itself could be "warped" at age 12, his work intrigued and insprired me to
pursue a carrer in physics. I will be 16 on March 11, and by 2005, a decade
after his momentus paper, I will publish a Quantum Theory of Gravity,
altering the view of physics and the universe as did my predescessor, and my
idol.
